
+ Sheryl Simpson-Jones, MD

Sheryl Simpson-Jones, M.D., a founding partner of Women’s Health Specialists is a 1987 Honors Graduate of Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and a Minor in Chemistry. She received her medical degree in 1991 from the Medical College of Georgia before pursuing her residency training in Ob/Gyn at GA Baptist Healthcare Systems. She was previously affiliated with Premier Medical Group in Stockbridge. In 1997, she became a founding partner of Women’s Health Specialists at Eagle’s Landing. Dr. Simpson-Jones was Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1997 and re-certified in 2006. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Simpson-Jones currently resides in McDonough, in the Eagle’s Landing area with her husband and family. She enjoys reading, snow skiing, baking and interior design.
+ Kimberly J. McIntosh, MD

Kimberly J. McIntosh, M.D., a partner of Women’s Health Specialists, is a 1994 Graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. She received her Medical Degree in 1998 from Columbia University, College of Physicians and Surgeons before pursuing her residency training in OB/GYN at University of Chicago Hospitals. Following residency training, Dr. McIntosh practiced with Sleepy Hollow Medical Group, P.C. and was affiliated with the Open Door Family Medical Center as the Director of Obstetrics and Gynecology in New York. In 2003, she joined Women’s Health Specialists at Eagles Landing.Dr. McIntosh was Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2003 and re-certified in 2015. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. McIntosh currently resides in Gwinnett County and enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and playing with her dogs.
+ Melani Cornelius-Sanders, MD

Melanie Cornelius-Sanders graduated from Baylor University in 2002 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry. In 2006, she received her Medical Degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She then completed her residency training at the University of Texas Health Sciences San Antonio. Upon graduation in 2010, Dr. Cornelius moved to Atlanta and was in practice in Riverdale, Georgia before joining Women’s Health Specialists in January 2012. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.Dr Cornelius was Board Certified by The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2012. She currently resides in Southwest Atlanta with her husband and son and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Archana Singh has been a dedicated member of Women’s Health Specialists since 2012. A South Carolina native, she moved to Georgia after completing her residency in Ohio.
Since 2023, Dr. Singh has specialized in Gynecology, focusing on areas such as menstrual abnormalities, contraception, PCOS, infertility, women’s midlife health, and menopause. She takes a personalized approach to care, guiding women through every phase of their reproductive health journey with empathy and expertise.
Outside of the office, Dr. Singh enjoys spending time with her family and focusing on fitness. A self-proclaimed homebody, she finds joy in the quiet moments that bring balance to her busy life.
She is committed to helping her patients live their best lives, believing that “Health is Wealth”—a motto she lives by in both her professional and personal life.

+ Ashley Christ, DO
Dr. Ashley Christ grew up just outside of Atlanta, in Fayetteville, GA. She graduated in 2008 Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise. She received her medical degree in 2013 from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. Dr. Christ completed her OB/GYN residency training at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in June 2017. During her residency, she was honored with teaching awards for three consecutive years and the Gilmore award for community service. She was also clinic administration chief her senior year of residency. She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, and American Medical Association.
Dr. Christ currently resides in Atlanta with her husband. Her personal interests include traveling, running, dining with friends, and spending time with her family. She is excited to be back in Georgia!
Dr. Christ’s clinical interests include high risk obstetrics, contraception, menopausal management, teen gynecology issues, and minimally invasive surgery.
+ Amanda 'Mandy' Lauderback, WHNP-BC
Mandy is a board-certified nurse practitioner with specialized training in both obstetrics and gynecology. Her love for the field began while working as a nurse in labor and delivery. Combined she has a total of over 16 years of women’s health experience and 19 years in health care. She believes in treating each woman as an individual and focusing on both body and mind for optimal health throughout all life stages. Her special interests include post-partum care and gynecological preventive care.
Mandy graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2012. She also holds two bachelor’s degrees in nursing and psychology from the University of West Georgia.
In her free time, Mandy enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending quality time with her husband and their three children. She especially enjoys spending time at the pool and the beach. She is an active member of her church, and her faith gives her daily strength to care for women in all walks of life.
+ Laura Wallace, CNM

Laura Wallace, CNM., graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from Spalding College, Louisville, Kentucky. She completed her midwifery training at the University of Minnesota and was certified as a Nurse-Midwife in 1984. Laura graduated with a Masters of Science Degree from the University of Minnesota in 1991. After practicing as a certified Nurse-Midwife full time in South Carolina and Georgia, Laura earned a position as an Assistant Professor in both the Graduate and Undergraduate Nursing Program.
Laura graduated from Capella University in 2008 with a PhD in Adult Education. She currently lives in Shady Dale, Ga with her husband and daughter. She enjoys camping, costuming, and reading paranormal crime mysteries.

Amanda Burge, CNM graduated with Honors from Gordon College in 2007, with an associate of Science in Nursing. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Medical College of Georgia in 2009. In 2011, she graduated from Emory University with a Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Nurse Midwifery. She furthered her training in Midwifery at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, in Macon, Georgia.
Amanda is a member of the American College of Nurse Midwives and was Board Certified in 2011. Amanda is trained to manage normal pregnancy, labor and delivery, as well as general women’s health issues across the lifespan in collaboration with a practicing physician. Amanda is the mother of three girls and resides in Butts County. She enjoys spending time with her family, scrap-booking, and cooking.
