Women’s Health Specialists (“Practice,” “we,” or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy needs of users of our websites and social media pages (the “Service”). NO USE BY CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13

PRIVACY RIGHTS

Georgia law does not currently provide broad consumer privacy rights such as access, deletion, or correction of personal information. However, we will respond to privacy-related inquiries and requests as required by applicable law.

If a data security incident involving personal information occurs, we will provide notice as required by the Georgia Personal Identity Protection Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-910 et seq.) and other applicable laws.
