These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, online services, and social media pages (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Women’s Health Specialists (“Practice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

The Service is provided for general informational and administrative purposes only, including providing information about our practice, services, providers, locations, and allowing users to contact us.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Content on the Service is not a substitute for professional medical care.

2. NO PATIENT–PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP

Use of the Service does not create a patient–provider relationship between you and Women’s Health Specialists. A patient relationship is established only through an in-person or properly scheduled clinical encounter and appropriate documentation.

Do not submit personal health information through the Service.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Service is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older.
Children under the age of 13 may not use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. USER COMMUNICATIONS

If you submit information through contact forms, emails, or other messaging features:

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information

• You understand that communications are not encrypted and may not be secure

• You agree not to submit sensitive or confidential health information

Communications through the Service do not replace direct communication with your healthcare provider.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:
